Info Directions' ASP solution is a flexible and cost-effective alternative to an installed software system. Using a Web-client interface, the ASP allows convergent communications and data service providers to use a standard Web browser to seamlessly access and manage their operations via the Internet. This simultaneously eliminates the need for costly technology infrastructure and provides unprecedented control of data in a live, query-enabled database.
Completing the ASP offering is the Info Directions Billing Services Team, a group of trained billing specialists that serve as a dedicated part of your back office operations. Clients in our ASP are free to focus on critical business issues while our Billing Services Team manages the day-to-day billing tasks and system maintenance needs. The Billing Services Team also provides expert advice that helps clients leverage their CostGuard system to improve the organization's bottom line and enhance the customer experience.
Completing the ASP offering is a state-of-the-art hosting facility designed to exceed the stringent Network Equipment Building Standards (NEBS), the most common set of safety, spatial and environmental design guidelines for telecommunications equipment. Co-located in the Frontier CyberCenter, Info Directions' ASP provides physical and data security with armed guards, surveillance cameras, biometric scanners, enclosed cabling, laser sniffers, redundant switches, redundant IP backbone, redundant power supplies and more.
